In the late 19th century, Chinese laborers largely constructed the Transcontinental Railroad which facilitated the rapid growth of American economy.

With digital photography, this art piece decorates the exterior wall of our key vision—the Mirrored Maze.

It depicts   lifeless land of the American frontier with a Chinese American woman staring at a train coming and leaving on the railroad built by her people.

It portrays the helplessness and isolation of Chinese American women in the late 19th century.
